GenNext East Ontario is proud to partner with Impact Hub Ottawa for a special Brown Bag Lunch.
It’s okay not to be okay. We need to talk about it.
Join us for a conversation about how you can help end the stigma around mental health. Hear from guest speaker Ryan Forsyth as he shares his personal story about his own struggles with mental health, how you can be there for those close to you who need support, and why it’s important to have an open dialogue on this topic.
Ryan Forsyth is an award-winning mental health speaker and advocate, host of the Life in Red Podcast, an Unsinkable Community Champion, and promotions coordinator for JUMP! 106.9 and boom 99.7. He is a music geek and sports fanatic who’s passionate about helping people open up about their mental health and redefining a healthier version of masculinity.
Have questions for Ryan? This event will include an audience Q&A.
